This class will give you yet another reason to love Foundational Hand -- if that's even possible! In this mini workshop, we'll study and practice the skeletal forms of Edward Johnston's (1872-1944) Foundational hand coupled with skeletal Roman Capitals.
Because this hand is based on a circular o, it's easy and fun to learn. No previous Foundational Hand experience is necessary. In fact, if Foundational Hand is something you've been curious about, perhaps learning this monolinear forms is good place to begin.
This program is open to both members and non-members--price varies based on membership status. Non-members pay $10 more. For this year only (through June 30, 2021), our annual membership is discounted to $25, which gives access to our many members-only events.
