Napkin Play: Creating booklets, tags, pockets and more!

  • Zoom - Online

PRESENTER: VERONICA PHILLIPS

SPONSOR

Saturday, February 11, 2023 1-4pm PST (online)

Veronica will walk us through making wonderful little "blank" books--the covers are decorated with our favorite napkin designs.  She'll walk us through techniques to embellish the books, including interleaving patterned pages and incorporating decorative pockets. (Calligraphic practice pages work well for this--you may want to use some of your drafts from Neuland+Embossing and/or from any lettering workshop.)  These little booklets make great little gifts!
Veronica will also take us through making folders, large pockets and tags, using napkins. This workshop can be simple with a short supply list (please note--a craft iron or old thrift store iron is a must-have), or, optionally, you can go all out, with a longer supply list, to make more elaborate collaged tags and the eyelet-ribbon fasteners for the booklets. See linked flier for images: 2023-02-11_VPhillips_flier.pdf .

All levels. Workshop will be recorded and available for three months.

REGISTRATION: MEMBERS ONLY - You must be a member both when you register and when the class is held
