One piece of leather approximately 8"x16" is included in the fee. This is a good size for a tri-fold book cover. For inspiration Linda has also made little bags and pouches with her leather pieces.
Linda will provide everything you need to learn including: step-by-step how to mordant the leather, which helps the plants to print beautifully; and how to use a lovely natural dye blanket for a background color.
Please bring any brightly colored daisies from small to larger Gerbera daisies, which are ideal. Linda will provide some of the greenery. Full list of suitable plants and supplies will be given after registration and payment.
Bring a pack lunch and a water bottle and lots of creative energy!
The location is at the home of Nancy Campbell which is convenient to the 2 Freeway in Glendale.
